Getting There

Car
If you're driving from any location in Verde Valley, start by heading south on AZ-260. Continue on AZ-260 until you reach the junction with I-17 South. Merge onto I-17 South and drive for about 40 miles. Take exit 250 for I-10 East toward Tucson. Stay on I-10 East for approximately 90 miles. Once you reach Tucson, take exit 265A to merge onto S 6th Ave. After about 4 miles, turn left onto E Valencia Rd, and then turn right onto S Old Spanish Trail. The Rincon Mountain Visitor Center will be on your left at 3693 S Old Spanish Trail. Please note that parking is available at the visitor center without any additional cost.

Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, you will first need to get to Tucson. Take a Greyhound bus or a local transit option from Verde Valley to Tucson. Once in Tucson, you can take the Sun Tran bus service. Take the Route 6 bus south towards the Tucson International Airport. You will need to transfer to Route 19 at the intersection of S 6th Ave and E Valencia Rd. From there, take Route 19 southbound towards the Rincon Mountain Visitor Center. Ensure to check the bus schedules for the most current times. As of now, there are no direct public transport options to the visitor center, so plan for some walking from the nearest bus stop to the center.
