The mine tour provides a behind-the-scenes look at the commercial mining operations, including a ride in a military vehicle down into the mine. The tour also includes a visit to the gallery, which displays museum-quality mineral specimens. For thrill-seekers, the zipline offers a unique perspective of the mine from above.Ron Coleman Mining is known for producing high-quality quartz crystals, and visitors are allowed to keep everything they find. The mine is open year-round, with the exception of Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. The property also includes a gift shop, a wholesale shop, and an RV park.
