    The Botanical Garden of the Ozarks is located at 4703 N Crossover Rd, Fayetteville, AR 72764. From downtown Fayetteville, take N Crossover Rd (AR-265) north for approximately 15 minutes. The garden will be on your right. Free parking is available on-site. Additional parking is located to the south of the Garden.

The Botanical Garden of the Ozarks (BGO), nestled on the east side of Lake Fayetteville, is a vibrant sanctuary offering an escape into nature's beauty. Opened to the public in 2007, this 44-acre garden features 12 themed gardens, each designed to inspire with diverse planting and landscaping techniques. It stands as the only botanical garden in Northwest Arkansas and hosts the state's only butterfly house. Explore themed gardens like the Japanese Garden, Vegetable and Herb Garden, Children's Garden, and the Rose and Perennial Garden. Stroll through the Ozark Native Garden, Sensory Garden, and Rock and Water Garden. More recent additions include the Founder's Garden, Reading Railroad, and Education Cottage Garden. Each garden offers a unique sensory experience with native and non-native plants. The Children's Garden features a ferro-cement tree sculpture for kids to climb. BGO is committed to education and environmental awareness, offering programs for children and adults. These include Little Sprouts, Garden Buds, summer camps, and field trips. The garden hosts events throughout the year, such as the Firefly Fling and Chefs in the Garden. The garden is a popular venue for weddings, corporate meetings, and private gatherings. The garden began as a grassroots effort in 1994 and opened to the public in 2007. Since opening, the garden has grown to host nearly 100,000 annual visitors.
