If you are starting from the Fort Smith Convention Center, head south on Garrison Avenue. Continue straight for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with 2nd Street. Park at West End will be on your right at 115 Garrison Ave. The park is easily visible from the street, and you can walk directly into the park entrance.

From the Fort Smith Transit Center, take the Route 3 bus heading towards the downtown area. Stay on the bus for approximately 15 minutes and get off at the stop near Garrison Avenue. Walk south on Garrison Avenue for about 0.2 miles. Park at West End will be on your left at 115 Garrison Ave. The park entrance is accessible from the sidewalk.
