  To reach the Old State House Museum from Sherwood, start by heading to the nearest bus stop. You can catch the Rock Region Metro Bus Route 10, which runs from Sherwood to Little Rock. Board the bus and stay on until you reach the 'Capitol Avenue & 3rd Street' stop. From there, walk south on South Broadway Street for about 0.5 miles. You'll pass various shops and restaurants on your way. Continue walking until you reach the intersection of West Markham Street. Turn left onto West Markham Street, and the Old State House Museum will be on your right at 300 W Markham St. The entire journey may take approximately 40-50 minutes depending on wait times and walking speed.

  If you are already in Sherwood and prefer to walk, begin at the Sherwood City Hall located at 2199 E Kiehl Ave. Head west on E Kiehl Ave towards N Hills Blvd, then turn left onto N Hills Blvd. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with W McCain Blvd. Turn right onto W McCain Blvd and follow it as it leads into Little Rock. Continue walking until you reach South Broadway Street. Turn left on South Broadway Street and walk south until you reach West Markham Street. Turn left again, and you will find the Old State House Museum at 300 W Markham St. This walk will take you about 1 hour and 15 minutes, covering a distance of approximately 3 miles.
