Walking
The Old State House Museum is located downtown at 300 W Markham St, between the DoubleTree and Marriott Hotels. From the River Market District, walk west on Markham Street. The museum will be on your left, a large white building with four columns.

Take the Rock Region Metro bus service to the Central Arkansas Library System stop, or the stop nearest to W Markham St. From there, it is a short walk to the museum. A bus fare is typically around $1.

Driving
From I-30, take the Markham/Cantrell Street exit. Veer to the right on the 2nd Street exit and stay on 2nd Street until you reach Center Street, then turn right. Center Street dead ends directly in front of the Old State House Museum. Parking is available in the garage underneath the DoubleTree Hotel or at metered spots on the surrounding streets. Metered parking is not checked after 5 p.m. on weekdays or at all on weekends. Parking garages nearby include Robinson Center Parking Garage (424 W Markham St) and S Center St Lot (216 Center St).
