Getting There

• Car

  If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Upper Delta, Arkansas. Head southwest on Main Street towards US-65 S. Merge onto US-65 S and follow it for about 30 miles. Take the exit toward Hot Springs National Park. Continue on Central Avenue, which will lead you directly into the park. Follow the signs for Goat Rock Trail, which is located within Hot Springs National Park. There is no entrance fee for hiking, but there may be parking fees at certain lots, so be prepared with cash or a credit card.

  For those using public transportation, you will first need to reach a Greyhound or similar bus station that services Upper Delta. From Upper Delta, take a bus to Hot Springs, Arkansas. Once in Hot Springs, you can take a local taxi or rideshare service to reach the entrance of Hot Springs National Park. Inform the driver that you want to go to Goat Rock Trail specifically. Make sure to confirm the cost of the taxi or rideshare in advance, as it can vary depending on the distance and time.

  If you're feeling adventurous and are staying nearby, consider biking or walking to Goat Rock Trail. From Upper Delta, you can take a scenic route through the outskirts of town, following local roads that lead towards Hot Springs National Park.
