Starting from the Armenian Genocide Memorial Complex, exit the complex and head south towards the main road, Komitas Avenue. Continue walking for approximately 1 kilometer (about 15 minutes on foot) until you reach the intersection with Isahakyan Street. Turn left onto Isahakyan Street. The Museum of Russian Art will be on your right at number 38.

From the Armenian Genocide Memorial Complex, walk to the nearest bus stop on Komitas Avenue. Take bus number 11 or 8. After about 5-7 minutes, get off at the stop 'Isahakyan Street.' Walk towards Isahakyan Street and you will find the Museum of Russian Art at number 38. Ensure you carry small change for the bus fare, which is approximately 100-200 AMD.
