From Dilijan, take a bus or marshrutka (minibus) towards Ijevan. The ride typically takes about 30-40 minutes. Communicate with the driver that you wish to go to Yenokavan, the nearest village to Ijevan State Sanctuary. From Yenokavan, follow the walking directions to reach the sanctuary. A bus from Yerevan to Ijevan costs $13–19. A taxi from Ijevan to Yenokavan will then cost an additional $6-10.
