    From Goris, a taxi to the Wings of Tatev cable car terminal in Halidzor typically costs around 2,500 AMD. The journey takes approximately 20-30 minutes. Ensure the driver knows you want to go to Halidzor for the cable car, not directly to Tatev, as the latter involves a longer, more challenging route.

  • Public Transport

    From Goris, take a marshrutka (minibus) towards Kapan. Confirm with the driver that they will stop at Halidzor, where the Wings of Tatev cable car is located. The fare is approximately 800 AMD, and the journey takes around one hour. Marshrutkas depart Goris at 9:00 and 14:30. Check return times in advance.

  • Wings of Tatev Cable Car

    Once at Halidzor, purchase a ticket for the Wings of Tatev cable car. A roundtrip ticket costs 9,000 AMD for adults and 5,500 AMD for children. A one-way ticket is 6,500 AMD for adults and 4,000 AMD for children. The cable car ride itself takes approximately 12 minutes. It operates from 10:00 to 18:00, but is closed on Mondays from September to June.
