From the center of Goris, head to the Goris bus station, which is located near the main square (Aygestan Street). Look for a minibus (marshrutka) heading towards Tatev or the Wings of Tatev. The ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Inform the driver that you want to go to the Wings of Tatev, and they will drop you off at the entrance to the cable car station.

If you prefer to walk, you can take a scenic route from Goris to Tatev. Start from the main square in Goris and head southeast towards Tatev. It’s about a 10 km journey and will take roughly 2-3 hours. Follow the main road (H45) that leads to Tatev. The path is well-marked and offers beautiful views of the landscape along the way. Ensure to wear comfortable walking shoes and bring water.
