From Vardanants Square in the city center, head west on Kirov Street, then turn right onto Sayat Nova Street. Continue straight for approximately 1 kilometer, then turn left onto Tigran Metsi Street. Follow Tigran Metsi Street until you see a park entrance on your right, which leads up the hill to Mother Armenia. There are no costs associated with walking.

From Vardanants Square, take bus number 1 or 2 towards the outskirts of Gyumri. Stay on the bus for about 15 minutes until you reach the stop named 'Mother Armenia'. After getting off, walk up the hill to the monument. The bus fare is approximately 100 AMD.

From Vardanants Square, walk towards Tigran Metsi Street to find a taxi stand. Request a taxi to 'Mother Armenia.' The ride should take around 10 minutes, depending on traffic. Confirm the fare before getting in; a typical fare should be around 600-800 AMD.
