Getting There

    From Vardanants Square, the heart of Gyumri, walk east along Rizhkov Street. Continue onto Gorki Street, and then turn left onto Shirakatsi Street. The park will be on your right, a few blocks down. The walk is approximately 15-20 minutes. There are no entrance fees to access the park.

    From the Gyumri Railway Station, take a marshrutka (minibus) heading towards the city center. Several routes pass near Friendship Park. Ask the driver to let you off at the intersection of Shirakatsi Street and Gorki Street. From there, walk a few blocks east on Shirakatsi Street to reach the park. A single marshrutka fare is around 100 AMD.

  • Taxi

    Taxis are readily available throughout Gyumri. Simply ask your driver to take you to Friendship Park on Shirakatsi Street. A short taxi ride from the city center should cost approximately 500-700 AMD. Be sure to negotiate the fare beforehand or ensure the meter is running.
