Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting from the Gyumri city center, head south on Tigran Metz Avenue. Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Komitas Street. Turn left onto Komitas Street and walk for another 300 meters. You will see Independence Square on your right, just past the intersection with Vardanants Street. The square is a prominent landmark in the area, known for its unique architecture.

    From the Gyumri Railway Station, exit the station and turn left onto Gayi Avenue. Walk straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Tigran Metz Avenue. Turn right onto Tigran Metz Avenue and continue straight for about 700 meters. When you approach the intersection with Komitas Street, turn left and walk for 300 meters. Independence Square will be on your right.

  • Walking

    If you are near the Gyumri Art Museum, head south on A. Mikoyan Street. Walk straight for about 600 meters until you reach the intersection with Tigran Metz Avenue. Turn right and continue for about 400 meters. At the next intersection with Komitas Street, turn left and walk for 300 meters. You will find Independence Square on your right side.
