Inform the driver you wish to go to Yenokavan, the closest village to the sanctuary. From the Yenokavan bus stop, the sanctuary is approximately 2.5 kilometers away. Follow the main road into the forested area, watching for trail markers or local signs. A bus ride from Dilijan to Ijevan typically costs around 500 AMD.

Upon arrival at the Yenokavan bus stop, proceed towards the village center. From there, follow signs directing you to the Ijevan State Sanctuary, roughly 2.5 kilometers from the village center.
