If you are traveling by car, start from Kapan. Take the Kapan-Shikahogh-Meghri Motorway (M2) heading towards Shikahogh State Reserve. Continue for approximately 15 kilometers until you reach the designated parking area close to the Tsav waterfall. There are signs along the way that will direct you to the waterfall, and you can park your car nearby.

Public Transportation
To reach Tsav waterfall via public transportation, catch a minibus (marshrutka) from Kapan to Shikahogh. Once in Shikahogh, you may need to hire a taxi or arrange for a local guide to take you from the town to the waterfall area, as public transport may not take you directly there. The taxi fare should be negotiated beforehand, and it typically costs around 2000-3000 AMD (Armenian Dram) for the short trip.

If you are already in Shikahogh State Reserve and prefer a more adventurous route, you can hike to Tsav waterfall. From the visitor center in Shikahogh, follow the marked trails leading towards the waterfall. Be prepared for a moderate hike that may take approximately 1-2 hours depending on your pace. Ensure you have proper hiking gear and sufficient water.
