Car
If you are driving from Shirak, start on the main road (M1) heading towards Yerevan. After approximately 30 kilometers, take the exit towards Ashtarak (signposted). Continue straight for about 10 kilometers on the road until you reach the town of Ashtarak. Once in town, follow the signs to Surb Sargis Street. The Ashtarak Bridge is located at coordinates 40.298373, 44.368220. Depending on traffic, the journey will take around 40 minutes.
Public Transportation
To reach Ashtarak Bridge via public transport, start by taking a marshrutka (minibus) from the central bus station in Shirak heading to Yerevan. These marshrutkas operate frequently and the fare is around 300 AMD (approximately 0.80 USD). Once you arrive at the Ashtarak junction (approximately 30 minutes), you will need to transfer to another marshrutka heading directly to Ashtarak town, which should cost an additional 200 AMD (approximately 0.50 USD). After arriving in Ashtarak, walk towards Surb Sargis Street. The bridge is located at 79X9+87X on this street, roughly a 15-minute walk from the town center.
