Car
From the city of Goris, head south on the M2 highway towards the village of Tatev. After approximately 10 kilometers, take the turnoff towards the village of Gladzor. Follow the road as it winds through the countryside for about 15 kilometers until you reach the base of Mount Khustup. There is a parking area available where you can leave your car. Ensure you have cash on hand, as some parking areas may have small fees.

From Goris, take a marshrutka (minibus) heading towards Tatev. The marshrutka will drop you off in Tatev village. From there, you can either hike towards the base of Mount Khustup or arrange for a local taxi to take you directly to the base. The taxi ride typically costs around 3000-5000 AMD (Armenian Dram). Ensure to confirm the price before starting your journey.

Once you arrive at the base of Mount Khustup, you can begin your hike. The trail is well-marked, but it is recommended to start early in the morning to allow ample time for your hike, as it can take 3-5 hours depending on your pace. Make sure to bring enough water, snacks, and proper hiking gear, as the terrain can be rugged.
