From Tatev Monastery, head south on the road leading away from the monastery. Continue on this road for about 6 kilometers until you reach the town of Goris. Once in Goris, follow the signs towards the G935 highway. After approximately 2 kilometers on the G935, you will arrive at the coordinates G935+H5F, which is the location of Արմենի սար. Please note that parking may be limited near the attraction.
