From the center of Tsaghkadzor, head east on Kecharetsi Street towards the main road. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the highway. Cross the highway and follow the signs toward the lift station. You will need to walk about 500 meters to reach the lift station, where you can take the cable car up to the top of Mount Teghenis.
