Walking
From the center of Tsaghkadzor, head east on Kecharetsi Street towards the main road. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the highway. Cross the highway and follow the signs toward the lift station. You will need to walk about 500 meters to reach the lift station, where you can take the cable car up to the top of Mount Teghenis. Once at the top, enjoy the views and take a moment to explore the area. To get to Monument, you will need to descend back to Tsaghkadzor and then take a bus or a taxi to Yerevan, as the Monument is located in Davtashen, Yerevan.

From there, it's a short walk to the Monument.
