If you are traveling by car, start from the town of Vayots Dzor and head north on the M-4 highway. Follow the signs towards Sevan. After approximately 30 km, take the exit towards Sevan and continue on the road until you arrive at the coordinates GWPV+6F7. The Soviet viewing platform is situated on a hill, so look for a parking area at the base of the hill and then hike up to the platform for breathtaking views.

Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, take a marshrutka (minibus) from Vayots Dzor to Sevan. These can be found at the local bus station, and the ride will take about 45 minutes. Once you arrive in Sevan, you may need to take a taxi to reach the viewing platform. Agree on a fare before starting your taxi ride, as prices can vary. The taxi ride should take around 15 minutes. Upon arriving at the base of the hill, you will need to hike up to the viewing platform.

If you prefer a more adventurous route and are in good shape, you can hike from the nearest village or town in Vayots Dzor to the viewing platform. This will require a good map or GPS device since the trails may not be well marked. Start early in the day to ensure you have enough time to make the hike back down before dark.
