Car
If you're driving from Yeghegnadzor, head south on the M-2 highway toward the village of Tanahat. After approximately 11 kilometers, take the exit toward the village. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you see signs for Tanahat Monastery. Follow the signs and park at the designated area near the entrance.
Public Transportation
From Yeghegnadzor, you can take a marshrutka (shared taxi) heading towards the village of Tanahat. These usually leave from the main bus station in Yeghegnadzor. The fare is around 500 AMD (about $1.30). Ask the driver to drop you off at Tanahat Monastery. The ride takes about 20-30 minutes. After getting off, follow the path to the monastery, which is about a 15-minute walk uphill.

If you're already in the village of Tanahat, you can simply walk to Tanahat Monastery. The monastery is about a 20-minute walk from the center of the village. Follow the signs or ask locals for directions. The path is scenic but can be steep in some areas, so wear comfortable shoes.
