Smith Blvd; the plaza will be on your left. Walking from the Renaissance Marketplace, head north along the L.G. Smith Blvd.

Arubus, the local bus service, has frequent routes to Oranjestad. From Palm Beach or Eagle Beach, take a bus towards Oranjestad and disembark at the central bus station near the cruise terminal. From there, Plaza Turismo is a short walk east along Lloyd G. Smith Blvd. A single bus fare is approximately $2.00.
