From the California Lighthouse, exit the parking area and head southeast on Lighthouse Road. Continue for 1.5 kilometers until you reach a roundabout. Take the first exit onto the road leading to Arashi Beach and follow it for 700 meters. The entrance to Arashi Beach will be on your left. Parking is free. Parking is usually readily available in a large parking lot directly along the shore. If the lot is full, there is extra on-street parking.
