Walking
If you are starting from the Alice Springs Central Business District (CBD), head south on Todd Street until you reach the intersection with Gregory Terrace. Turn left onto Gregory Terrace and continue walking. Follow Gregory Terrace as it curves into South Terrace. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers. You will see the Arumbera NT area signs. The Welcome to Alice Springs Sign is located approximately 300 meters past the Arumbera area, near the intersection with the Stuart Highway.
Public Transport - Bus
From the Alice Springs Transport Hub, take Bus Route 1 towards the Arumbera area. The bus runs every hour. After about 15 minutes, get off at the Arumbera stop. Once you disembark, walk south towards the Stuart Highway. The Welcome to Alice Springs Sign is located approximately 300 meters down the road from the bus stop, near the intersection with Gregory Terrace.
Bicycle
If you are cycling from Alice Springs CBD, head south on Todd Street and turn left onto Gregory Terrace. Follow the road as it curves into South Terrace. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers. Look for the signs indicating you are approaching Arumbera NT. The Welcome to Alice Springs Sign will be about 300 meters beyond the Arumbera area along the Stuart Highway.
