    If you're already in the Alice Springs CBD, the Visitor Information Centre is easily accessible on foot. It's located at 41 Todd Mall, near the corner of Parsons Street. Look for the prominent signage. From the Alice Springs bus terminal, walk south on Todd Street, then turn left onto Todd Mall. The Visitor Information Centre will be on your left.

    Take the local bus service to the Alice Springs bus terminal. From there, it's a short walk to the Visitor Information Centre. All public bus services in Alice Springs are free as of July 1, 2025.

A 5km taxi ride in Alice Springs costs around $14.50 AUD during the day. Expect to pay between $35-$45 AUD for a taxi from the Alice Springs Airport (ASP) to the town center.

    From the Stuart Highway (National Route 87), take the exit for the Alice Springs Central Business District (CBD). Follow the signs to the center of town. Once you reach Todd Mall, look for parking options along the street or in nearby public parking lots. Parking availability may be limited, especially during peak hours. The Visitor Information Centre is located on the left side of Todd Mall.
