From Atherton, head west on the Gillies Highway (State Route 25) towards Mareeba. Continue for approximately 30 kilometers until you reach Mareeba. Once in Mareeba, turn right onto the Kennedy Highway (State Route 1) and follow it for about 12 kilometers. Look for the signs for Emerald Creek Falls, which will lead you to Emerald Creek Road. Turn onto Emerald Creek Road, and follow it for about 5 kilometers until you reach the parking area for Emerald Creek Falls.
