From Central Station, walk south along Queen Street, and you'll find Reddacliff Place at the end of the pedestrian mall, near the Brisbane Square Library. The walk is approximately 10 minutes. From the Queen Street bus station, head towards the Brisbane River and you will find Reddacliff Place on your left.
