From Byron Bay, head to the nearest bus stop located on Jonson Street. Catch the Ballina bus (Route 640) which goes directly to Ballina. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Ballina, get off at the stop closest to Fawcett Street. Walk towards Fawcett Street by heading straight and then turn right. Continue walking for about 10 minutes until you reach 12 Fawcett St, where Ballina River Cruises is located.

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the local shops in Byron Bay. Start your ride heading northwest on Jonson Street. Follow the path toward the Ballina-Byron Gateway Airport road. Continue straight, passing the airport and following signs towards Ballina. Once you reach Ballina, navigate to Fawcett Street, and head towards 12 Fawcett St. The ride will take roughly 1 hour depending on your cycling speed.
