Bus
From Byron Bay, head to the Byron Bay Bus Interchange located on Jonson Street. Purchase a ticket for the NSW TrainLink bus service to Nimbin. Buses operate regularly, but check the schedule for the most accurate times. The journey will take approximately 40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Nimbin bus stop, walk along Cullen Street towards the main street (Cullen Street will become Sibley Street). The Nimbin Cultural Centre will be on your right at Sibley Street.
Bicycle
If you prefer to cycle, you can rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in Byron Bay. Start by heading west on Lawson Street until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto Bangalow Road (B62), which will lead you towards Mullumbimby. Continue on B62 until you reach the intersection with the Nimbin Road. Turn left onto Nimbin Road and follow it until you reach Nimbin. Once you arrive in Nimbin, head straight down the main street (Cullen Street), which will turn into Sibley Street. The Nimbin Cultural Centre will be on your right.
Walking
Since Nimbin is about 20 kilometers from Byron Bay, walking is not recommended due to the distance and lack of footpaths along some roads. However, if you want to explore the beautiful landscape, consider walking a short distance from Byron Bay to the nearest bus stop or bicycle rental shop to start your journey.
