Walking

Cross Northbourne Avenue and continue onto the pedestrian path along the Ainslie Avenue. After about 1.5 km, turn left onto the path that leads to the Australian National Botanic Gardens. Follow the signs to the Gardens, which will lead you to the National Rock Garden located nearby. The walk should take approximately 30-40 minutes.

Public Bus

From the city center, take the ACTION bus route 2 or 3 from the Canberra Centre bus stop. Ensure to check the bus schedule as it varies. Get off at the bus stop for the Australian National Botanic Gardens. From there, it's a short 10-minute walk. Head south towards the Botanic Gardens entrance, and follow the signs to the National Rock Garden, which is adjacent to the gardens.

Bicycle

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the bike-sharing services available in Canberra. Start from the city center and head towards the Australian National Botanic Gardens via the bike paths. Follow the designated bike routes on Northbourne Avenue.
