Bus
If you're starting from the Canberra city center, head to the nearest bus stop and catch a bus heading towards Acton. Look for routes 1 or 2, which frequently service this area. Disembark at the 'University of Canberra' stop. From there, walk east towards Kingsley St, which is about a 10-minute walk. The Drill Hall Gallery will be located on your right.
Walking
If you are near the Australian National University (ANU), you can easily walk to the Drill Hall Gallery. From the university's main entrance, head towards the Kingsley St exit. Upon exiting, turn left onto Kingsley St and continue walking for about 5 minutes. The gallery will be on your left side, just past the intersection with Anzac Parade.
Bicycle
For those who prefer cycling, rent a bike from one of the bike share services available around the city. Head towards the ANU and find a bike path leading to Kingsley St. Follow the path, and as you reach Kingsley St, turn left. The Drill Hall Gallery will be a short ride from there, approximately 10 minutes away.
Light Rail
If you are near the light rail stations, take the light rail towards the 'Gungahlin' direction and get off at the 'City West' stop. From there, it's about a 15-minute walk to the Drill Hall Gallery. Exit the station and walk towards Northbourne Avenue, then turn left onto Rudd St. Follow Rudd St until you reach Kingsley St, then turn right, and the gallery will be on your left.
