If you're in the Parliamentary Triangle, you can easily walk to the Australian War Memorial. Start by heading towards the eastern end of the triangle, where you will find the intersection of King Edward Terrace and the National Circuit. Walk along King Edward Terrace, which will take you directly north. Continue walking for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach Treloar Crescent. The Australian War Memorial will be on your right as you approach the end of Treloar Crescent.

Another option is to take a bus from the nearby Parliamentary Triangle area. Head to the nearest bus stop, which is located on the National Circuit close to the High Court of Australia. You can catch Route 3 or Route 4 that services the area towards Campbell. Make sure to check the bus schedules as they vary throughout the day. The bus will take you directly to a stop near the Australian War Memorial. Once you get off at the nearest stop, it’s just a short walk of about 500 meters to reach the memorial, following the signs directing you to Treloar Crescent.
