Experience Mossman Gorge

Getting There

  • Car

    From Cape Tribulation, head south on Cape Tribulation Road. Continue on this road for approximately 25 kilometers (about 30 minutes). You will reach the intersection with Mossman-Daintree Road. Turn right onto Mossman-Daintree Road. Continue for about 10 kilometers until you see the signs directing you to Mossman Gorge. Follow the signs to Mossman Gorge Rd, where you will find a car park. Note that there is a parking fee of approximately AUD 5 for parking at the gorge.

  • Public Transport

    If you're using public transport, you can catch a bus from Cape Tribulation to Port Douglas. Look for the 'Daintree Discovery' bus service. Once you reach Port Douglas, transfer to the 'Mossman Gorge Shuttle' which operates between Mossman and the gorge. Make sure to check the bus schedules in advance as they may vary. The shuttle service costs around AUD 12 for a round trip. The shuttle will drop you off at the Mossman Gorge Visitor Centre, from where you can access the walking trails and scenic spots.
