Car
If you are driving to Captain Cook Lookout from anywhere in the Central Coast, head towards the M1 Pacific Motorway. Take the exit for Central Coast Highway (A49) and follow it until you reach the roundabout at the intersection with Del Monte Place. Follow the signs to Copacabana and turn onto Del Monte Place. Continue along Del Monte Place until you reach 119 Del Monte Pl, where you will find parking available nearby. Please note that parking may incur a fee, depending on the time of day and season.

Public Transportation (Bus)
To reach Captain Cook Lookout using public transportation, take a train to Gosford Station. From there, catch the bus route 36 towards Copacabana. The bus will take you directly to the Copacabana area. Disembark at the nearest stop, which may be a short walk away from Captain Cook Lookout. After getting off the bus, follow Del Monte Place until you reach 119 Del Monte Pl. Be sure to check the bus schedule ahead of time for current departure times.

If you are already in the Copacabana area and wish to walk to Captain Cook Lookout, start at the beach and head towards Del Monte Place. Walking along the coastal path, take in the scenic views as you make your way up the hill.
