Getting There

• Car

  If you're driving from Sydney, take the M1 Pacific Motorway towards Newcastle. Exit onto Wyong Road and follow the signs for the Central Coast. Continue on Wyong Road and merge onto the Pacific Highway (A49). Follow the highway until you reach the signs for Norah Head. Turn onto Mitchell Street, and you'll find Norah Head Beach at the end of the road. There is free parking available nearby, but be aware that it can get busy on weekends and public holidays.

• Public Transportation - Train

  For those using public transportation, take a train from Sydney to Wyong Station on the Central Coast & Newcastle Line. From Wyong Station, transfer to a bus heading to Norah Head. Make sure to check the current bus schedule as services may vary. Once you arrive in Norah Head, it’s a short walk to Mitchell Street, where the beach is located. Remember to purchase your train and bus tickets beforehand; a one-way train ticket from Sydney typically costs around AUD 10-15.
