Car
If you are driving from Gosford, take the Central Coast Highway (A49) heading north. Continue on this highway for approximately 15 minutes until you reach the exit for the Pacific Highway (A1) towards Sydney. Merge onto the Pacific Highway and keep an eye out for signs directing you to Copacabana. Exit at Wards Hill Road and follow the road until you hit the coast. Turn left onto Copacabana Drive, then right onto Unnamed Road where you will find Winnie Bay, located just a short distance from the beach.
Public Transportation
To reach Winnie Bay via public transport, start by taking a train from Sydney to Gosford Station. From Gosford, catch a bus (Route 57) heading towards Copacabana. The bus ride will take about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Copacabana, disembark at the nearest stop and follow Copacabana Drive until you reach Unnamed Road. Winnie Bay will be located along this road. Be mindful of the bus schedule, as service may vary throughout the day.
Walking
If you are already in Copacabana and prefer to walk, make your way to Copacabana Drive. From there, head towards Unnamed Road. The walk is approximately 15-20 minutes depending on your pace. Follow the road down to the beach area where Winnie Bay is located, surrounded by beautiful rock formations and scenic views.
