Getting There

• Car

  If you are traveling by car, start from the nearest town in the Central Highlands, such as Mittagong or Bowral. From Mittagong, take the Hume Highway (M31) towards Sydney. After about 8 kilometers, take the exit towards the Illawarra Highway (B73). Continue on the Illawarra Highway for approximately 18 kilometers until you reach Robertson. In Robertson, turn onto Hoddle Street (look for signs directing you to Carrington Falls). Follow Hoddle Street for about 5 kilometers, and you will arrive at the Carrington Falls picnic area, which is located at 44-48 Hoddle Street, Budderoo. There's a parking area available, but please be aware that there may be a parking fee during peak times.

  If you prefer public transportation, you can take a train from Sydney to Robertson. Catch a train from Central Station to Moss Vale Station, which takes about 1.5 hours. From Moss Vale, you will need to take a bus to Robertson (check the local bus schedule for service times). Once in Robertson, you can walk or take a taxi to Carrington Falls. It's approximately a 5-kilometer distance, so be prepared for a short walk or arrange for a taxi. Keep in mind that bus schedules may vary, so plan your trip accordingly.

  If you are in Robertson and prefer not to walk to Carrington Falls, you can use a taxi or rideshare service like Uber. Simply request a ride to Carrington Falls picnic area at 44-48 Hoddle Street, Budderoo.
