If you're driving to Parliament House from Central Victoria, head towards the M79 Calder Freeway. Follow the signs towards Melbourne, which will lead you onto the Tullamarine Freeway (M2). Continue on the Tullamarine Freeway until you reach the exit for the CityLink (M1). Take the CityLink and follow the signs for the CBD. Exit onto the West Gate Freeway (M1) and continue to Kings Way. Follow Kings Way, which turns into St Kilda Road. Turn left onto Albert Street and then right onto Spring Street. Parliament House will be on your left. Note that parking can be limited and may incur a cost, typically around AUD 5 to 10 per hour depending on the location.

To reach Parliament House via train, head to your nearest train station in Central Victoria and take a train towards Southern Cross Station in Melbourne. Upon arrival at Southern Cross Station, transfer to the City Loop trains and catch a train towards Flinders Street Station. Once you arrive at Flinders Street Station, exit the station and head towards the corner of Flinders Street and Swanston Street. From there, you can catch tram number 11, 12, or 48 towards Victoria Harbour. Get off at the stop 'Parliament House' on Spring Street.
