If you are driving to Rosalind Park, start by heading towards Bendigo. Use the Calder Freeway (M79) and follow the signs for Bendigo. Once you reach the city, take the exit towards the McIvor Hwy. Turn right onto McIvor Hwy, which becomes Gaol Road. Continue on Gaol Road for about 2 km, and you will find Rosalind Park on your left at 30 Gaol Rd, Bendigo VIC 3550. There is typically free parking available in the vicinity of the park.
Public Transportation - Bus
For public transport, you can take a bus to Bendigo Station. Check the local bus timetables for the best route from your location. Upon arriving at Bendigo Station, you can either walk to Rosalind Park (approximately a 15-minute walk) or catch a local bus that stops near the park. If walking, exit the station and head southwest on Bath Lane towards Mitchell Street. Continue straight to reach Gaol Road and then turn left. Rosalind Park will be on your right.
Public Transportation - Train
If you are coming from Melbourne or nearby towns, you can catch a train to Bendigo Railway Station. Trains run regularly, and tickets can be purchased at the station or online. Once at Bendigo Station, you can walk to Rosalind Park (approximately 15 minutes) by heading southwest on Bath Lane towards Mitchell Street, then straight to Gaol Road where you will turn left. Rosalind Park will be on your right. Train tickets vary in price, so be sure to check the current fare.
Walking
If you are already in the central area of Bendigo, Rosalind Park is easily accessible on foot. Simply locate Gaol Road and walk towards the park at 30 Gaol Rd. It’s a beautiful area to stroll through, and you’ll enjoy the scenic surroundings along the way.
