If you're traveling by car, the easiest way to reach Woolrich Lookout is to start from the nearest town, Olinda. From Olinda, head south on Olinda-Monbulk Road. After approximately 1 kilometer, turn right onto Chalet Road. Continue on Chalet Road for about 200 meters, and you will see Woolrich Lookout on your right. There is parking available at the lookout. Note that there are no entry fees, but ensure to have a valid parking permit if required, especially on busy weekends.

Public Transportation

For travelers using public transport, you can take a train to Belgrave Station from Melbourne's city center. From Belgrave Station, catch the 693 bus towards Olinda. Alight at the 'Chalet Road' stop. From there, it's a 15-minute walk to Woolrich Lookout. Head south on Chalet Road, and you will find the lookout approximately 1.5 kilometers away. Walking

If you are already in Olinda and prefer to walk, Woolrich Lookout is about a 20-minute walk from the town center. Start on Olinda-Monbulk Road heading south. After approximately 1 kilometer, turn right onto Chalet Road and walk another 200 meters until you reach the lookout. The walk is scenic but be sure to wear comfortable shoes and stay hydrated.
