From Daintree Rainforest, head south on Cape Tribulation Road toward the Daintree River. Continue on this road until you reach the Daintree River Ferry. Take the ferry across the river (ferry cost: approximately AUD $30 for a vehicle round trip). After crossing, follow the signs to Port Douglas via Mossman-Daintree Road. Once you reach Port Douglas, turn onto Four Mile Road, which leads directly to Four Mile Beach. Look for parking options along the beach promenade.

From Daintree Rainforest, take a bus from the Daintree Village to Mossman. Confirm the bus schedule in advance as frequencies may vary. Once in Mossman, switch to a bus heading to Port Douglas. Upon arrival in Port Douglas, walk or take a short taxi ride to Four Mile Beach. The beach is about 3 km from the town center.
