Take the shuttle service that operates towards Cape Tribulation. The journey will take about 1.5 hours. You will need to get off at the Mount Alexandra Lookout stop on Cape Tribulation Road.

From Port Douglas, rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops. Start by heading east on Macrossan Street and then take a left onto Wharf Street. Follow the road along the coastline, which will eventually lead you to Cape Tribulation Road. Continue straight on Cape Tribulation Road for approximately 30 kilometers. You will find Mount Alexandra Lookout on your right-hand side. Ensure you are well-prepared with water and snacks for the ride.
