Once you enter Launceston, follow the signs towards the city center. Once in the city, take the exit for the A8 towards West Launceston. Continue on the A8 and follow the signs for Cataract Gorge Reserve. You will need to turn onto Basin Road, where the reserve is located at 74-90 Basin Rd, West Launceston TAS 7250.
