To reach Second Valley Beach via public transport, start at the Victor Harbor bus station. Take the bus service 769 towards Cape Jervis. This service runs several times a day. After about 30 minutes, you will arrive at the Second Valley stop. From there, it is a short 10-minute walk down Second Valley Road to reach the beach.
