If you are traveling by car, start from the main town center of McLaren Vale. Head southwest on Main Road (A1) toward Olivers Rd. Continue on Main Road for about 1.5 kilometers. Turn left onto Unnamed Road, where you'll find the Shiraz Trail entrance. There is parking available along the trail, but be mindful of local parking regulations.
Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, catch the bus from Adelaide to McLaren Vale via the 840 service. The bus departs from Adelaide Central Bus Station and takes approximately 50 minutes to reach McLaren Vale. Disembark at the McLaren Vale Post Office stop. From there, walk south along Main Road for about 1 kilometer until you reach Unnamed Road. Turn left onto Unnamed Road to access the Shiraz Trail.
