The tram ride will take about 10-15 minutes. After 3 stops, get off at the 'Broadbeach South' station. From there, walk towards the Mi Gold Coast, which is located at 2-4, Albert Avenue, Broadbeach. It's a short 5-minute walk straight down Albert Avenue.
