Car
From Melbourne, take the M1 highway towards Geelong. Continue on M1 and take the exit towards Colac/Ballarat (A1). Merge onto Princes Highway (A1) and follow the signs towards Colac. Once in Colac, turn right onto the Colac-Lavers Hill Road (B100). Follow B100 for about 30 kilometers until you reach Beech Forest. In Beech Forest, look for the sign for Beauchamp Falls Walking Track. Park at the designated area, and the walking track starts from there.
Public Transportation
Take a train from Melbourne to Colac via V/Line services. Once you arrive at Colac Station, you will need to take a local bus or a taxi to reach Beech Forest. Note that bus services may not operate frequently, so check the schedule in advance. From Beech Forest, you can walk to Beauchamp Falls by following the signs to the Beauchamp Falls Walking Track. The walk is approximately 1.5 kilometers and takes around 30 minutes.
Walking
Once you have parked your car at the Beauchamp Falls Walking Track, follow the well-marked trail. The track is approximately 1.5 kilometers one way, and it takes around 30 minutes to reach the falls. The path is relatively easy but does have some inclines. Be sure to wear comfortable walking shoes and bring water. Enjoy the beautiful scenery along the way!
