    From any location in High Country, head south on the Hume Highway (M31) towards Melbourne. After approximately 150 km, take the exit towards Geelong and merge onto the Princes Highway (M1). Continue on M1 for about 80 km until you reach the town of Colac. From Colac, take the C154 road southwest towards the coast. Follow signs for the Great Ocean Road (B100). Continue on the Great Ocean Road for roughly 70 km, passing through towns like Apollo Bay and Lorne. Finally, follow the signs to the Twelve Apostles, which will be on your left near Princetown. Note that parking is available at the visitor center, and there is no entrance fee to view the Twelve Apostles, but parking may incur a small fee.

From there, take a coach service such as V/Line to Warrnambool. Once in Warrnambool, you can transfer to a tour bus that goes directly to the Twelve Apostles.
