Getting there

Tram

If you are starting from the Melbourne CBD, head to the nearest tram stop. Catch tram number 96 (light blue tram) heading towards St Kilda. Stay on the tram for about 30 minutes until you reach the 'St Kilda' stop. Once you get off, walk towards the beach along The Esplanade for about 5 minutes, and you will find Hotel Esplanade located at 11 The Esplanade.

Train and Tram

Begin your journey at Flinders Street Station in the CBD. Take the Sandringham train towards Sandringham and disembark at 'Balaclava' station. From Balaclava Station, exit onto Balaclava Road and walk to the tram stop. Board tram number 16 (yellow tram) towards St Kilda. Get off at the 'St Kilda' stop and walk for about 5 minutes along The Esplanade to reach Hotel Esplanade at 11 The Esplanade.

Bus

From the CBD, locate the nearest bus stop to catch the 246 bus towards Elsternwick Station. Once you board, stay on the bus for approximately 30 minutes until you get off at the 'St Kilda' stop. From the bus stop, walk towards the beach along The Esplanade for about 5 minutes, and Hotel Esplanade will be on your left at 11 The Esplanade.

Walking

If you are already in St Kilda, you can simply walk to Hotel Esplanade. Find your way to The Esplanade, which runs along the beach. The hotel is located at 11 The Esplanade, directly facing the water. Depending on your starting point, the walk may take you about 10-20 minutes.
