If you're starting from Flinders Street Station, head to the tram stop located directly outside the station. Take the City Circle Tram (Route 35) in the direction of the Docklands. Get off at the 'Melbourne Town Hall' stop. From there, it's a short walk to 90/130 Swanston St. The Town Hall will be easily visible.

From the Queen Victoria Market, walk to the nearest bus stop on Victoria St. Take Bus 55 towards Domain Interchange. Get off at the 'Swanston St/La Trobe St' stop. From there, walk south along La Trobe St, then turn left onto Swanston St. Continue walking until you reach 90/130 Swanston St, where the Melbourne Town Hall is located.

If you're near Federation Square, simply walk towards Flinders Street. Cross the street and head north along Swanston St. The Melbourne Town Hall will be on your left at 90/130 Swanston St. It's about a 10-15 minute walk.

From Southern Cross Station, take any train towards Flinders Street Station. Once you arrive at Flinders Street, exit the station and walk to the tram stops outside. You can take Tram 1 or Tram 3/5 towards the city, getting off at the 'Melbourne Town Hall' stop. The Town Hall will be a short walk from the tram stop.
