    If you are at Flinders Street Station, exit the station and head towards the river. Walk along Flinders Street until you reach Swanston Street. Turn left onto Swanston Street and continue walking for about 5 minutes. The Nicholas Building is located at 37 Swanston Street, on your right side.

    From Federation Square, walk to the nearest tram stop located on Swanston Street. You can catch the City Circle Tram (Route 35) or any tram heading north along Swanston Street. Get off at the stop near the intersection of Swanston Street and Collins Street. The Nicholas Building will be a short walk down Swanston Street at number 37.

  • Train

    If you are near Southern Cross Station, take a train on the Sandringham, Frankston, or Cranbourne line towards the city. Get off at Flinders Street Station. Exit the station, turn left onto Flinders Street, then left onto Swanston Street. Walk for about 5 minutes, and you will find the Nicholas Building at 37 Swanston Street on your right.
